Be sure to have clean hair that is free of all products. The best way to do this is to wash with a clarifying shampoo, dry, and detangle your hair beforehand. Do not straighten your hair.

To maintain the integrity of your locs maintenance is typically every 4-6 weeks for Sisterlocks®, Interlocs and Microlocs and 6-8 for Traditional Loc. Everyone’s maintenance routine may not be the same, this will be determined by your loctician.

Yes, once a routine maintenance schedule is set forth you must pay an additional fee for EACH week you are past due.

Loc consultants will cover your hair goals, what to expect with the locking process and its separate phases and the price of your Loc establishment, as well as putting 6-12 test locs on the side ear section of your head. We will also discuss the maintenance required for Locs depending on which Loc service you booked.

Yes, color your hair at least 2 weeks prior to your Loc establishment, after you will not be able to color your hair for at least 12 months. Consult with your loctician prior to coloring your locs at your 1-year anniversary.

When done professionally along with the use of proper aftercare and with regular maintenance they will last until you have them removed.

No if applied correctly, however, if you are plucking or pulling your lash extensions off it will damage the natural lashes.

Keep them clean and brush with a mascara wand. Refrain from using oil-based products and makeup on and near the eyes. No touching, picking, or pulling on the lash extensions. Avoid high humidity and heat.

Mascara is not recommended, if it is your preference, use oil free mascara.
